Logan Bohlender joined SDR Ventures as an Analyst in May 2019. Logan’s role as a Vice President includes leading deal execution throughout the entire process, working closely with clients and management teams to fully understand their businesses, financials and strategies, providing production team leadership, and executing on business development opportunities. Logan also contributes to the preparation of client marketing materials, sector research and analysis, and SDR’s semiannual M&A Industry Reports. Prior to joining SDR Ventures, Logan spent 2 years as an auditor with KPMG in its media, telecommunications, and asset management practices. During his time there, Logan assisted in audit engagements for Fortune 500 companies, private companies, and funds. Logan graduated from the University of Denver with a BS in Accounting and an MS of Accountancy. Additionally, he holds a CPA license (inactive) in the state of Colorado.
