Michael has over thirty years international experience advising companies on M&A, capital structure, debt / equity finance and strategy. Mike spent the core of his investment banking career at SGWarburg where he was Global Head of Financing and a member of the Investment Banking and Group Risk Committees. Mike is a Senior Advisor to STJ Advisors (the equity capital markets advisory firm) and has also held leadership positions in several of the leading several other leading financial services companies.
