Joseph (J.) Barry is a Managing Director, Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners with a focus on Metals & Minerals. Prior to joining Roth, Mr. Barry was a Managing Director at Rodman & Renshaw from 2013 to 2017. At Rodman & Renshaw, Mr. Barry participated in 38 successful equity, debt and ATM transactions in the resources sector representing over $850 Million in aggregate value. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Barry established the mining practice at Global Hunter Securities (GHS), now Seaport Global, where he participated in 22 successful equity and debt transactions totaling $370 Million. Prior to GHS, Mr. Barry was Managing Director at Olympus Securities, a boutique investment bank in New York. He also has worked at Iroquois Capital, a New York based hedge fund.
