Benjamin “Ben” Bowen is a Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking at ROTH Capital Partners. Prior to joining ROTH, Dr. Bowen was most recently Managing Director in the Investment Banking group at Northland Capital Markets focused on the healthcare sector. Previously, Dr. Bowen was Managing Director at The Benchmark Company, LLC, and at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. Over the course of his investment banking career, Dr. Bowen has originated more than $3 billion in financing for healthcare companies and has advised many companies on strategic matters, including collaborations, mergers and trade sales. Prior to 2004, Dr. Bowen worked in pharmaceutical research and research management at Genentech, CIBA‐Geigy, and Novartis.
