Francis Roche, founder and President of Roche Securities, is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, former member of the Alberta District Council of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (1999-2003). Roche Securities was founded in 1993 by D. Francis Roche. Mr. Roche has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and institutional sales. Prior to 1993, Mr. Roche was an investment banker for 6 years with CIBC-Wood Gundy in Toronto and Calgary, Canada. Roche Securities operated from 1993-2003 as a full service Canadian investment bank with 25 employees and completed over $150 million in financing for small cap companies. Mr. Roche was head of corporate finance and institutional sales for Credifinance Securities Limited, a boutique investment dealer in Toronto, Canada. He was educated at Harvard College (A.B.), McGill University (L.LB./M.B.A.) and Laval University (L.LM.).
