Bio

Steve is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Investment Banking practice and joined Baird in 2000. Over his career, Steve has advised on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and financings, for public, private equity and family owned businesses serving most manufacturing sectors of the global economy. In particular, Steve has completed more than 40 transactions totaling more than $8.5 billion in the global filtration industry. Before joining Baird, Steve was a Vice President at Tucker Anthony. Prior to graduate business school, he provided corporate tax and other advisory services for Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Steve earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and graduated with a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. He also currently serves on the board of trustees of the University School of Milwaukee and board of directors of Deltrol Corporation.
