Bio

Nick is a senior member of Baird’s Consumer Investment Banking team with a focus on Household Products. Prior to joining Baird in 2000, Nick was with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he represented private equity funds and companies in connection with leveraged acquisitions and private financings. He has led numerous high-profile Consumer M&A transactions, and has won three “Consumer Deal of the Year” awards from M&A Advisor magazine. Nick has led transactions involving P&G, SC Johnson, Newell Rubbermaid, Bosch, GOJO (Purell®), Ames True Temper, Stanley Black & Decker, Igloo, Wilton, World Kitchen and numerous consumer-focused private equity firms. He received his MBA and JD degrees from the University of Chicago and his BA degree from Haverford College.
