Eric is a Managing Director in Baird’s Global Technology & Services Investment Banking team, covering internet and software. He joined Baird in 2018 from KeyBanc Capital Markets, formerly Pacific Crest Securities, where he served most recently as Managing Director and the head of internet & enabling software investment banking. With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Eric has broad-based transaction experience, working on behalf of clients such as: Shopify, DoubleVerify, Alibaba Group, Wayfair, Yext, Zillow, Homeaway and many other notable names. Earlier in his career, Eric was a vice president in the technology investment banking group at Bear Stearns where he focused on software. He also held technology investment banking roles at FBR and Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). Eric graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Business Administration.
