Bio

Chris has extensive experience advising corporate clients and executing public and private financing and M&A transactions. Chris focuses on the Consumer Products and Services marketplace, and has advised a number of branded consumer companies including those in the Leisure, Retail, Apparel, Food and Restaurant sectors. Before joining Baird in 2005, Chris worked in the Investment Banking group at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Earlier, he worked in the Audit and Corporate Finance groups at KPMG. Chris received an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
