Bio

Nicky joined RMG as a managing director in 2013. Prior to joining RMG, Nicky served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Sbarro Inc. from July 2010 to February 2012. Sbarro was a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners, where Nicky served as Managing Director. Nicky stepped into Sbarro to lead the Company through a financial reorganization and successful led the Company out of Chapter 11 in late 2011 and left the Company in early 2012. Nicky worked at MidOcean and its predecessors from 1997 until 2012. During his fifteen years with the group Nicky worked on transactions in both the consumer and industrial space and notable transactions included Jostens, Inc., Jenny Craig, Therma-Tru Doors and Hunter Fan Company. He also has experience as a Consultant at Bain & Company and as a Financial Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated. Today, Nicky serves on the Board of TastiD-Lite, a Snow Phipps portfolio Company. He graduated with an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and has a B.Sc. (Hons) from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
