Doug Mills is responsible for Riveron’s delivery operations, which includes recruiting, staffing, and scheduling Riveron consultants. He supports the productivity of Riveron’s delivery teams while managing firm-wide risks. Prior to joining Riveron, Doug served Fidelity Investments in various risk management and operational audit roles over the course of 11 years, and worked in the assurance and advisory practice at Ernst & Young for over five years.
