Renova founder Tommy Duffy is a practice leader for Renova’s restructuring services, having developed and implemented strategies allowing bank clients to restructure and sell over $5 billion of nonperforming assets. Tommy’s experience includes representing banks that are parties to loss share agreements with the FDIC as he assists banks with the management and disposition of loss share assets and loss share compliance requirements. Prior to founding Renova, Tommy led various aspects of the successful financial and operational restructuring of Allied Holdings, a publicly traded transportation and logistics provider. Tommy previously was a partner at the law firm of Troutman Sanders LLP in the corporate and securities practice group, where he advised clients on capital raises and merger and acquisition activities.
