Russ Richards serves as managing director of Renova’s investment banking practice. His primary focus is to serve Renova’s buy and sell-side M&A advisory clients. Russ’ nearly 15 years of investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and family-office portfolio company experience includes work in the business services, financial services, technology, mineral exploration, and manufacturing sectors. Before joining Renova, Russ served as vice president for Quest Capital Corp. (USA), associate for Afrinvest Limited (Europe & Africa), and analyst for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (USA). Russ currently serves as a Director, and member of the Audit Committee, for Northern Shield Resources, Inc.
