Bio

Aare has over 25 years of experience in financial sector. He is responsible for capital raising and real estate advisory projects. He has participated in most of the capital raising, M&A and other transactions of Redgate Capital, supporting client at all transaction stages. Aare has extensive banking, real estate and financial experience. Previously worked as Chairman of the Estonian Compensation Fund, CFO of the Port of Tallinn, Head of Corporate Banking at Nordea Estonia, and CFO and Chairman of the Board of Arco Vara. He graduated from the US Bentley Graduate School of Business with an MBA degree.
