Anup is focused on Private Equity Syndication and & M&A Transaction Advisory space with immense experience in Investment Banking. As part of the team, Anup brings with him 17 years of experience in Investment Banking and strong knowledge in valuation exercises, transaction structuring, project financing etc. He has previously worked with an Hong Kong based Investment Bank – American Orient Capital Partners and advised various companies in Private Equity fund raising. Anup holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune and Master in Business Administration from University of Pune.
