Helmut Wachmann is a multifaceted entrepreneur located in Bucharest Romania who, together with his team, has been engaged in identifying and developing energy projects, in Romania and abroad. Before joining the world of renewable energy Helmut had over 20 years experience in business development in various domains. His professional background includes Software solutions, Print & Media and Law Enforcement; working with Multinational Companies on notable projects in Eastern Europe. Helmut has mediated extensive mergers & acquisitions valuing in excess of 100m euro. Prior to setting up his own enterprise, Helmut acquired in-depth experience and know-how working in management positions at international businesses. His close work and trainings in Marketing & Media in California in the 90’s helped him to gain a holistic view of things. Helmut holds a diploma in Engineering Drafting in the field of Mechanics and Electronics and earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the Free European School of Economics, Switzerland.
