Dr. Peter Bömelburg has many years of experience of auditing and consulting services for national and international company groups of German origin and managing of audit engagements. He is specialised in extensive consulting and auditing of owner-managed companies. Dr. Bömelburg graduated and received his doctorate from Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg and has been with Rödl &Partner since 1994. Dr. Bömelburg is licensed as auditor for quality control and is a member of the examination committee for certified public auditors. Furthermore, he is a lecturer at the department of accounting and auditing at Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg. He is author of various professional papers for journals and books, particularly in the areas of due diligence and national and international financial accounting.
