Martin Wambach audits and advises companies with international operations with regard to the strategic development of the company, controlling, risk management, financing and internationalisation. His working areas also include IT and digitalisation. Mr. Wambach completed his business administration studies in Bamberg during which he was also a working student at a large American auditing firm in Frankfurt and Nuremberg. After his studies he became assistant to the office head of this company. In 1992 he moved to Rödl & Partner. Martin Wambach is a board member of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW), since 2006 deputy chairman of the Institute of Management Accountants in Germany (IDR) and since May 2016 a member of the executive board of the Lateinamerika Verein e.V. (LAV). Furthermore, he lectures regularly at universities. Mr. Wambach has published numerous professional papers and books in the areas of internationalisation, controlling, compliance and risk management.
