Bio

Ethan Goodson is a Director at Provident Healthcare Partners and joined the firm in 2019. Ethan has over 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience, encompassing more than 35 completed transactions representing approximately $10 billion of total value. Prior to joining Provident, Ethan was a member of the healthcare groups at Houlihan Lokey, UBS Investment Bank and Brown Gibbons Lang. Over the course of his career, Ethan has originated and executed M&A and financing transactions on behalf of healthcare services and health sciences clients, with a focus on pharma services, diagnostics, physician practice services, payer services and medical technology. Ethan holds a BA in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Ethan is based in the Los Angeles office of Provident.
