Todd Togrul is a Managing Director at ProBank Austin, joining the firm in 1999. Mr. Togrul has over 25 years of experience in the financial institutions sector with an extensive background in interest rate risk (IRR) and liquidity management. He specializes in interest rate risk/ALCO, IRR model assumptions, ALM model validation, liquidity risk, and regulatory relations in regards to the L and S component of the CAMELS rating. Mr. Togrul is a graduate of the University of Toledo, and holds a MBA from Tiffin University, in addition to graduating from The Ohio School of Banking.
