Anthony Malatesta is the Vice-President of M&A at Preston Todd Advisors. Starting with the firm in 2012, Mr. Malatesta has spent the past five years immersed in the payments processing and financial technology sectors. While a Junior Associate, his research, analysis, and valuation work played a vital role in multiple M&A transactions. Currently, Mr. Malatesta continues his valuation and analysis work while working in tandem with both PTA’s buy-side and sell-side practices. Mr. Malatesta graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Bentley University.
