Bio

Özgür Özcan has eleven years of investment banking experience. Throughout his career, Özgür focused on investment banking activities including mergers & acquisitions transactions and financial advisory services. His industry experience covers energy, machinery and equipment, natural resources, chemicals, construction materials, auto parts and packaging. Prior to joining Pragma in 2011, he received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University and MS degree in Finance from Bocconi University, Italy.
