Bio

Casey is a Partner and based in the US. Casey joined Portico in 2003 and today focuses on companies in the risk & compliance and marketing sectors across all industries, often in the financial services vertical. During his career, Casey has closed several dozen transactions, including merger & acquisition advisory assignments as well as public and private debt and equity issuances with clients ranging from founder-owned and VC / PE-backed businesses to multi-billion-dollar public companies. Prior to joining Portico, Casey worked in investment banking at Citigroup executing mergers & acquisitions and take-private deals. Casey holds a BBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he graduated with High Distinction.
