Andrew is a Director and based in the US. Andrew joined Portico in 2017 and to date has executed nearly $2 billion in transactions across all of the firm’s software, data, and analytics verticals with a specific focus on automotive and transportation technology. Notable transactions include ELEAD sale to CDK Global, CarOffer sale to CarGurus, Gubagoo sale to Reynolds & Reynolds, and CarStory sale to Vroom. Prior to joining Portico, Andrew worked in the Investment Banking Group at M&T Bank, where he advised clients on numerous mergers & acquisitions, private capital raises and leveraged buyouts. Andrew holds a BA from the Williams School of Commerce from Washington & Lee University.
