Michel Antakly is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London. Mr. Antakly joined PJT in October 2017. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he had spent all of his career since joining as an analyst in 1989 in the M&A department in London. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Antakly played senior roles in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice in Europe, advising clients across sectors and geographies and handling some of the firm’s most important corporate relationships. Mr. Antakly has worked on a broad range of public and private transactions, including several contested public takeover battles and cross-border M&A transactions, and he also led initial public offerings, business portfolio and balance sheet restructurings, private placements and other capital market transactions. During his career, Mr. Antakly has accumulated extensive deal-making experience and has built a solid network of relationships across countries and industries. He is a Board Member of the Global Fund for Children’s UK Trust. Mr. Antakly graduated from the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in France and received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
