Bio

Michael Gilbert is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2016, Mr. Gilbert spent twelve years at Credit Suisse, most recently serving as the Global Head of Information Services and Marketing Services Investment Banking. Mr. Gilbert advises companies in the information services, data and analytics, advertising, marketing services and education sectors globally and has been involved in many of the most significant M&A transactions in the sectors he covers. He also has extensive experience helping companies raise capital, having led successful initial public and follow-on equity offerings and high yield, leveraged loan and investment grade financings. Mr. Gilbert received a BA from the University of Texas and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
