Bio

Vijayeta Desai joined the energy & power investment banking group at Piper Sandler® in 2017 and has worked on a wide range of transactions including mergers, divestitures, restructurings and capital raises in the oilfield services and equipment space. Prior to joining the firm, she spent more than eight years in the energy industry in cost engineering and procurement roles at Bechtel Corporation. Desai holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IE Business School in Spain and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
