Stephanie Annerose joined the energy & power investment banking group at Piper Sandler in July 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Annerose worked at Engie where she focused on acquisition opportunities and capital raises for renewables projects in the United States and Canada. Before Engie, she was an associate director at Rubicon Capital Advisors and an investment officer at the Inter-American Development Bank Group. Annerose has structured a wide range of transactions including acquisition, capital raise, project finance and corporate lending in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Annerose holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and construction from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, and a master’s degree in project and structured finance from Paris X Nanterre university.
