Bio

Erik Appareti is a Director at Philpott Ball & Werner and assists or leads in all aspects of the merger and acquisition (M&A) process. He supports numerous functions including business development, business and industry research, financial statement analysis, due diligence and negotiations. Erik works with both privately held (founder/owner led and private equity sponsored companies) and publicly traded aerospace, defense, government services and industrial companies. Erik specializes in a number of areas within the aerospace and defense industry, to include A&D electronics technology, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), space and satellites, defense signals intelligence, communications and software. He is a member of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) and the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). Erik has been with Philpott Ball & Werner since 2010 and is a FINRA Registered Representative. He holds his Series 79 and 63 licenses. He graduated from the Daniel’s College of Business at the University of Denver with a degree in Corporate Finance.
