Bio

After graduating in Electrical Engineering from Delft Technical University, Joris first worked as an engineer in the R&D department of Océ NV. After obtaining an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, Joris worked for 4 years as a strategy consultant in a wide variety of business sectors. Before the incorporation of PhiDelphi in 2001, Joris was a director of a high-tech company. In recent years, Joris has supervised a large number of transactions in numerous sectors, both extremely competitive sales processes for private equity as well as delicate one-to-one processes. Joris prefers working for private companies (manager-owners) and enjoys assisting management teams in buy-outs.
