Bio

Mr. Meyer is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in the consumer sector. Mr. Meyer has more than 15 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners he has advised Kraft Heinz on its sale of Planters; Luxco on its sale to MGP Ingredients; SodaStream on its sale to PepsiCo; Castle Brands on its sale to Pernod Ricard; Heaven Hill on its acquisition of Black Velvet; Campari on its sale of Carolans and Irish Mist; Henkel on its acquisition of Sun Products; and Pinnacle Foods on its acquisition of Boulder Brands. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in April of 2015, Mr. Meyer was at J.P. Morgan from 2006 to 2015, where he most recently served as a Vice President responsible for coverage of the consumer and retail sectors. Mr. Meyer began his career as an Analyst at Accenture. At J.P. Morgan, he actively worked with clients, advising TreeHouse Foods on its acquisition of Flagstone Foods; The Hershey Company on its sale of Mauna Loa; Pernod Ricard on its sale of Wild Turkey; and InBev on its acquisition of Anheuser-Busch. Mr. Meyer earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas.
