Bio

Ms. Ryan is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory Business based in Chicago. Ms. Ryan is Co-Head of the Consumer and Retail Group and Co-Chair of PWP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Ms. Ryan is a seasoned investment banker with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in September of 2018, she was a Managing Director and a senior member of the global consumer and retail investment banking group at Morgan Stanley, where she executed a variety of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt underwritings. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 and worked in New York, Sydney, Menlo Park, and Chicago. Representative transactions while at Perella Weinberg Partners and Morgan Stanley include advising Kraft Heinz on its $3.35 billion sale of its nuts business to Hormel; Snyder-Lance on its $6.1Bn sale to Campbell Soup; TreeHouse Foods on its $2.7Bn acquisition of ConAgra’s Private Brands business; Kimberly-Clark on its $2.4Bn spin-off of its Healthcare business; and Cadbury on its $10.3Bn spin-off of Dr. Pepper Snapple. Ms. Ryan holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. She is a member of Women in M&A Chicago and the Chicago Finance Exchange.
