Bio

Mr. Wilcox is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He advises clients across multiple sectors on a variety of strategic matters and transaction types. Mr. Wilcox has more than 17 years of investment banking experience. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Wilcox’s client engagements have included advising Northrop Grumman on the divestiture of its Federal IT and Mission Support Services business; the US Treasury on administration of CARES Act funding for companies critical to maintaining national security; Virgin Galactic on its SPAC merger and concurrent strategic investment by Boeing; Northrop Grumman on its acquisition of Orbital ATK; The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. on its acquisition of Have & Be Co. Ltd. and its investments in DECIEM; Mubadala on the sale of XOJET to Vista Global; and Coach, Inc. on its acquisition of Stuart Weitzman. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in March of 2009, Mr. Wilcox was at Lehman Brothers, most recently serving as a Vice President in the Global Communications and Media Group. He was previously an Associate with Banc of America Securities, where he focused on financing and advisory work in the media sector. Before becoming a banker, Mr. Wilcox worked as a financial analyst in private equity in Moscow and New York. Mr. Wilcox earned a B.A. from Harvard and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
