Amy Denny is a Managing Director and Global Head of Tax at Perella Weinberg Partners. In this role, Ms. Denny is responsible for the firm’s tax reporting, planning and compliance. Ms. Denny has more than twelve years of experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in March 2019, Ms. Denny was a Co-Head of Tax at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC. Prior to that, she was at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she began her career, most recently as a Director in the New York Metro Real Estate Tax Practice. Ms. Denny received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
