Prior to rejoining PVC in 2020, Mr. Reid worked as an Associate for M&T’s Investment Banking Group in Baltimore, MD. During his tenure, he focused on executing M&A transactions in the manufacturing and distribution verticals. Prior to M&T, Mr. Reid began his career at Parchman Vaughan in 2014 after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the College of Wooster. Mr. Reid holds a Series 79 securities license.
