John’s 30-plus-year career incorporates a wide range of experiences, including roles as an owner/operator of several successful privately held companies, senior executive of a publicly traded corporation, and registered investment banking representative with Paramax. Since joining Paramax, John has focused on business development, advising business owners on the value of the investment banking industry. To date, he’s sourced multiple engagements with clients in the oil and gas, healthcare, services, manufacturing, automotive, e-commerce, and distribution sectors in both the private and public arenas. Prior to joining Paramax, John was the founder and president of a premier national human resources outsourcing firm, until he sold his interests in late 2013.
