Bio

Trent McNatt is a Vice President of PMCF’s Industrials team. He has more than a decade of professional experience advising clients and companies on buy side and sell side M&A transactions, recapitalizations, financing, and joint venture formation. He has extensive experience across multiple segments, including automotive, specialty manufacturing, consumer goods, and retail. Prior to joining PMCF, Trent served as a Director of Strategy at Fleetcor Technologies and was a Regional Lead for General Motors within their Corporate Development and Global M&A group. He began his career in investment banking with TM Capital. Trent earned a BA in Economics and History from Duke University and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
