Dan Riner is the CEO & Founder of OxAm|Capital. He has a successful track record of executing middle-market sell-side deals to top-ranked Private Equity firms such as Blue Point Capital. Dan has deep industry experience as an M&A Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, and Valuation Associate at elite advisory firms and investment banks such as KPMG and Macquarie. His industry experience ranges from Business Services, Telecoms, Utilities, Environmental Solutions, Infrastructure, Healthcare, and HealthTech. He specializes in catering to small and medium sized middle-market and family-owned businesses that are looking to exit as Gen-X and Boomers are reaching retirement age and look to pass their legacy and esteemed reputation on to a trusted source. Mr. Riner has a BSc. in Finance & Economics from Florida State University as well as a Master of Science in Finance from Florida State.
