Rob Maxfield has approximately 20 years of experience providing clients with business consulting services. He has extensive experience in the areas of business and intangible asset valuation, mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. He has deep industry expertise in the life science and high technology industries.Mr. Maxfield holds a Masters in Business Administration, with Honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Through Oracle Capital Securities, LLC, Mr. Maxfield holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
