Tom has over twenty years corporate development and technology investment banking experience. Previously, Tom directed the US and European investment program for Hakuto, a Japanese technology distributor. Tom is a co-founder of an US distributor of electronic components and fluent in Japanese. Tom earned a Master of Business Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
