Nicholas is a Managing Director, bringing to Oberon over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, integration, and divestitures of public and private companies. Nicholas consults for business owners, private equity and wealthy individuals on operational performance improvements, exit preparation as well as mergers & acquisitions strategy. Throughout his career, Nicholas has been highly regarded for his significant operating and revenue improvements in a variety of companies. Prior to joining Oberon, Nicholas spent ten years as a Senior Advisor for Bova Cap LLC completing assignments in real estate debt financing, structuring, advisory, and M&A services, with a strong emphasis on energy, financial services, and manufacturing companies. Previously he was SVP at Zarvic Brothers where he prepared the company for strategic alternatives. Nicholas is a graduate of Southern Vermont College.
