Justin is a managing director and co-founder at Henslow, Oaklins’ member firm in Australia. He has over 24 years’ professional experience in both equity capital markets and corporate advisory. Justin has significant cross-border experience, having advised multiple clients both in Australia and the UK. He has built strong expertise in the resources and energy sectors, holding current and former directorships with a number of listed and unlisted companies, both domestic and international. Most recently, Justin advised sales enablement software provider Bigtincan Holdings (ASX:BTH) on their US$29.9 million capital raise to fund strategic growth and further M&A activities. He has also provided public and private capital raising, block trade and corporate broking advice to a large number of listed clients, including Alcidion, Hydrix, Moula, Raiz Invest and Schrole. Previously, Justin spent three years as executive chairman of Beacon Hill Resources Plc, an AIM and ASX-listed mining group, and before this was the chief executive of Blue Oar Securities, a listed financial services firm operating across Australia and the UK.
