Bio

Frederik has been CEO of Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium since 2019. He started at the firm in 2018 as a member of the executive committee and as managing director, responsible for corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, export finance and loan & debt markets. He started his professional career at The Boston Consulting Group and worked from 2002 to 2015 in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, most recently as managing director responsible for the Belgian operations. From 2016 to 2018 he was a member of the management committee of Incofin Investment Management, where he was responsible for fund development, investor relations and talent management. He has a master’s in commercial engineering from the University of Leuven (KUL) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
