Bio

Dieter is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. His focus is on M&A and equity capital market transactions. Some of his recent deals include the acquisition of a minority stake in Studio 100 by 3D Investors and Jonelinvest, the sale of Cibus to Leievoeders, the public takeover bid and delisting of Connect Group by IPTE and various capital raisings for listed real estate companies. Previously, Dieter worked as a fund manager for KBC Asset Management. He has a master’s in economics from the University of Antwerp and a master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School. He has also passed all three CFA exams.
