Bio

Brandon is a managing director at Intrepid Investment Bankers, Oaklins’ member firm in Los Angeles. He also leads the firm’s digital media team. With more than a decade of experience, he is focused on originating and executing mergers and acquisitions and raising capital across the digital media sector, with specific expertise spanning the content, media and entertainment, digital marketing, loyalty and agency sectors. Prior to joining Intrepid, Brandon served as director at Digital Capital Advisors (DCA), a digital-focused investment bank. Before joining DCA, he focused on companies in the digital media and entertainment ecosystem, executing M&A, private placements and other corporate finance mandates at sector-focused specialty investment banks. He began his career at BMO Capital Markets, where he honed his skills in executing a wide variety of advisory assignments for mid- and large-cap companies across numerous sectors. Brandon graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Economics and Psychology. He is also a FINRA-registered general securities principal.
