Antoine is a partner at Oaklins France. Having closed more than 10 transactions in the nutrition and wellness space, Antoine has particular expertise in the natural and organic nutrition market. He has advised private equity firms such as Triodos in the creation of its investment holding company in France, which is dedicated to a long-term investment in organic processed products. He also advised on the disposal of Assanis (an anti-bacterial gel) to Majorelle Laboratories, and was involved in the reorganization of Boutique Nature Capital. Prior to joining Oaklins France in 2019, Antoine led an M&A boutique specialized in the consumer healthcare market. Before that, Antoine was a director at an industrial consulting firm within the Alan Allman Associates Group. Antoine has an ENSAM degree in engineering, with a specialization in corporate finance.
