Anthony is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate finance within the technology and telecoms sector, covering private equity buy-outs, sell-side M&A, growth capital fundraisings, bolt-on M&A, restructuring assignments and complex carveout transactions. Anthony has led deals in health technology, cyber security, SaaS software, on-premise software, vertical applications, IoT and AI, telecoms infrastructure, data centers, ICT services and hosting transactions. Deals he has worked on include the sale of cyber security MSSP Brookcourt to Shearwater Plc, the sale of Healthcare Communications, a patient communication platform, to AIM-listed IMI Mobile, and he advised the shareholders of Sabio, the leading CCaaS solutions provider, on their c. US$60 million (£50 million) transaction with Horizon Private Equity. Anthony trained in corporate finance at Ernst & Young before moving to Grant Thornton to build their technology team in the UK. He has a BA honors degree in Business Studies and also holds the ICAEW Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance.
