Bio

Ed joined Oakley in 2019. He has 17 years M&A advisory experience and has worked extensively across a wide range of TMT sub-sectors. In his career, Ed has advised large multinationals, Private Equity investors and founder-owners on numerous sales, acquisitions and fundraisings. He focuses on the Communications and Technology sectors and since joining Oakley, has advised on the sales of Wavenet to Macquarie Capital, North to Livingbridge and Excell to Wavenet. Prior to joining Oakley, Ed was Head of TMT at the largest independent Corporate Finance boutique in the South of England and also spent ten years at KPMG, initially as an advisor to technology clients in the South regional market, before moving into London in 2014 as national Head of Technology and subsequently Head of TMT Corporate Finance.
