Anthony joined Oakley in 2012, and has over 12 years’ TMT corporate finance experience. Prior to Oakley, Anthony worked in the TMT advisory teams at HSBC and RBS/ABN AMRO. He has worked on a number of M&A, equity and debt capital market transactions across digital infrastructure, IT services, telecoms, software, hosting and online. Recent transactions include KPN on the sale of its data centre subsidiary NLDC to DWS Infrastructure, Cellnex on its acquisition of Cignal, Adarma on its MBO with Livingbridge, SIS Group on the sale of SIS LIVE to NEP and CNS on the sale to Six Degrees. Anthony graduated with a first in Economics with Economic History from the London School of Economics.
