Bio

Prasanna is a part of Life Sciences practice at o3 Capital. He has over 15 years of work experience, of which he has spent 13 years in investment banking with coverage across sectors such as industrials, infrastructure and BFSI. He also has product experience in PE, M&A, Structured Credit and ECM. He has worked with HDFC Bank in the past apart from spending most of his career at o3 Capital. Prasanna holds an MBA degree from IIM Kozhikode and completed his graduation from Mumbai University.
